Immunity
Controls how well your body detects and fights diseases, viruses and infections. Grows through successfully treating ailments.
Effect per level: Disease probability −1% · Recovery speed +1%
Metabolism
With a trained metabolism your body processes food more efficiently and endures hunger and thirst phases longer without health damage. Increases through eating and drinking.
Effect per level: Calorie and water consumption −1%
Medicine
Improves the ability to effectively treat diseases of any severity. Increases through direct medical care on yourself or other players.
Athletics
Strengthens endurance — less stamina consumption while moving, faster regeneration. Increases through long running distances.
Effect per level: Maximum stamina +2%
Strength
Increases carrying capacity and raises damage in melee combat. Increases through physical activities and the use of melee weapons.
Stealth
Makes you harder to spot for infected and other survivors. Increases through silent sneaking and avoiding detection.
Survival
Unlocks abilities that make life in the post-apocalyptic world easier. Increases through killing infected, making fire and surviving for long periods.

Hunting
Enables more effective tracking, killing and skinning of animals as well as setting traps. Increases through hunting and skinning.
Effect per level: +2% more meat pieces when skinning
Fishing
Improves catching fish as well as crafting and setting up fishing equipment. Increases through regular fishing.
